- Pre-ordered items (if available) will ship by the date listed for the option you selected(e.g. color/size).
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
- Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope you are happy with everything you buy, however, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectation, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving for a refund or exchange.Â
If you find any item(s) missing or wrongly sent, please report the issue to our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your package.Â
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know, we will replace it for you ASAP.Â
RETURNSÂ
- Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.Â
- Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.Â
- If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
- Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
- If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
REPLACEMENTS
- Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
- If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
